**Role Summary:**
The Oncology Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in coaching, guiding, and developing Oncology Sales Specialists to enhance performance in generating clinical demand for Oncology brands. The primary responsibility includes managing individual territories/tumors, ensuring sales targets are met, and fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver innovative medicines to patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Develop Territory and Account Strategy:**
- Identify high-value accounts such as hospitals and pharmacies.
- Allocate resources strategically within the regulatory environment.
- Set challenging goals for Sales Specialists in each territory/malignancy.

2. **Lead, Coach, and Manage Sales Team:**
- Establish productive relationships with account teams.
- Review team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop team members' skills through training and coaching sessions.

3. **Build Strategic Partnerships with Key Accounts:**
- Engage stakeholders on product efficacy/safety profiles.
- Foster long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in key accounts.
- Share insights within the organization to strengthen activities.

4. **Support Capability Building in Healthcare Ecosystem:**
- Enhance knowledge about AZ's Oncology value proposition.
- Assist Sales Specialists in utilizing effective communication approaches.
- Conduct science-based discussions with healthcare professionals.

5. **Ensure Compliance:**
- Complete all training requirements and ensure team compliance.
- Uphold external regulations and internal policies related to interactions.

**Requirements:**
- University degree in Pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
- Fluent in English; experience in Oncology is preferred.
