We are currently seeking a dynamic Program Manager (Learning & Development) to join our Organizational Learning & Change Management (OL&CM) team.

As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our learning programs, portal, and key projects assigned by OL&CM leads. Your responsibilities will include curating learning assets on the Learning Portal, Veeva & LMS platforms, collaborating with ID & LMS Admin colleagues, supporting skilling and capability development projects, and providing data analytics to drive informed decisions for improving learning programs. This is a remote role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Ireland.

Key responsibilities for this role include managing SharePoint sites for GMS/GQ customers, leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies to engage employees effectively, leading communication efforts for learning programs with stakeholders, collaborating with OL&CM Leads on information-sharing packs and managing Learning Academies assets. You will also partner with instructional designers to create adaptive content tailored to role-specific requirements and utilize data analytics to identify learning gaps for continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of experience in training, knowledge management, instructional design focusing on AI tools like SharePoint and communications management within the biopharmaceutical industry. A training qualification at Certificate or Diploma level is preferred along with expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in knowledge management tools such as SharePoint, EdCast LxP, SuccessFactors LMS is essential while database experience and programming capabilities are advantageous.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training
