Financial Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 10 years of experience in financial management within the construction sector or a related industry. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Office, project management, communication, and presentation. The Financial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans, preparing monthly financial management reports with necessary analysis and controls, coordinating with external auditors and other officials, managing treasury transactions and financing needs from banks, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements, reconciling tax balances with tax affairs, reviewing monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts with sub-ledgers, managing client data systems effectively communicating with internal teams.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Manager will also supervise the operations and development of the finance department. This includes creating policies, budgeting processes, recruitment strategies, training programs for staff members within the department.
