As the Project Control Manager at JAWRAA, you will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and managing the three key project baselines: scope, schedule, and cost. Your role will involve developing a clear scope baseline that aligns with project objectives and stakeholder requirements, creating a detailed schedule baseline with timelines and resource allocations, and controlling the cost baseline to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. By proactively addressing risks and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.
Key responsibilities of the Project Control Manager include defining and developing the project scope baseline, monitoring scope changes through a formal change control process, developing and maintaining detailed project schedules with critical paths and milestones, establishing project cost baselines, monitoring costs against the baseline, and providing accurate cost forecasts to stakeholders for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field, hold a PMP certification (mandatory), and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Project (preferred).
