We are currently seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of achieving project delivery on time and within budget.
As the Project Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project controls, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting. Your responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, monitoring project costs, identifying and mitigating risks, tracking project performance, implementing change control procedures, and collaborating with project teams to ensure effective coordination.
To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus). You must possess a minimum of 17 years of experience in project controls or project management roles within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Proficiency in project management software tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is essential. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required (Arabic is a plus).
