Planning Manager

Currently, we are seeking a Planning Manager to join our team in Riyadh for a major mixed-use development programme comprising over 200 projects across various sectors including Cultural and heritage assets, F&B, Retail and Hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

As a Planning Manager at Mace, you will collaborate with the planning function on allocated projects while supporting PMO functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed plans considering logistics/site/project constraints, overseeing project work plan and deadlines, reviewing productivity measures for progress tracking, and coordinating activities for the team. You will also be responsible for supporting interface planning for a large complex portfolio of projects and ensuring health and safety through programme integration.

To excel in this role, you must possess necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia along with relevant work experience in high-valued projects/programmes within a project management consultancy setting. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Office suite is essential. Additionally, working towards professional qualifications such as CIOB, APM, or PMI is preferred. Effective communication skills to respond to client/stakeholder requests sensitively and present programme drivers, goals & issues to the project team are crucial.

• - Minimum of 5 years of experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business.
