Planning Manager

CSCEC Middle East is a renowned construction company in Dubai, UAE, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation in large-scale projects. We are currently seeking Planning Managers to lead our dynamic Planning team in overseeing the meticulous planning and execution of our construction projects.

As a Planning Manager at CSCEC ME, your primary responsibilities will include preparing Baseline Programs from initiation to completion using Primavera P6 software. You will be responsible for updating and revising Project Baseline Programs as needed, as well as preparing Construction Programs, Working Programs, Recovery Programs, and Short Term Look ahead Programs. Monitoring and controlling the progress of key activities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases will also be a key part of your role.

You will play a crucial role in coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as Key Performance Indicators for main trades/activities and cost centers. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing Extension of Time Programs and improving the construction management knowledge of the planning and construction teams. Your leadership within the Project Planning Department will set an example for staff members while ensuring efficient communication with other departments for accurate project information processing.

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in EOT Claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning using Primavera P6 software and possess excellent analytical skills to address critical issues affecting project progress promptly.
