Key Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Specialist at Maersk Group, your responsibilities will include analyzing local legal requirements, designing solutions for process improvements, managing payroll processes from pre-payroll to post-payroll stages, performing payroll reconciliations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address employee queries. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely processing of payments, conducting payroll audits, tracking vendor deliverables, identifying improvement opportunities in regional processes, and mitigating risks in the payroll delivery process.

Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance processes within Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of compliance and legal regulations related to payroll & benefits in these regions, as well as country-specific tax knowledge. Basic accounting knowledge and experience with HR operations and outsourced payroll models would be advantageous.
