We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for contract administration, claims, and commercial tasks across multiple projects. As the go-between for Head Office and Projects, you will manage procurement, policies, procedures, CVR’s / reports & RISK effectively. You will also work closely with the Operations Director and his team on 8 projects totaling £320 Million in value.

The ideal candidate for this role is an ambitious Managing Surveyor or Commercial Manager looking to work on fast-paced projects for a Top Tier Main Contractor in Saudi Arabia. You should have experience in contract administration, change management, letting sub-contracts, cost forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment. Being proactive in identifying issues before they occur and effectively communicating with clients are key skills required for this position.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry
• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region

• Strong Arabic relationships and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
