• Minimum of 7 years experience in MEP design and implementation
• Experience managing specialist engineering subconsultants and contractors
• Experience in commissioning and handover processes
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

• Manage, coordinate, and control the design and implementation of MEP services
