Sr. Quantity Surveyor:

The ideal candidate for this role will have 7-10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, Agricultural Engineer, Landscape Architect Engineer, or Quantity Surveyor (QS), preferably within Saudi Arabia. Experience with Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects and landscaping projects is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, proficiency in cost estimation techniques, knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes, experience with project management software tools, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with agricultural project management are required.
