About the job
Responsibilities

1.Bank Cash Transfer uploading and following.
2.LC,PN and PDC Recording and coordinating.
3.Daily Cash Management.
4.Daily Communication with Bank.
5.Internal sharing of the payment states.
6.Bank policy and facilities understanding and following.
7.Bank cash reports preparation and reconcile.
8.Monthly closing for bank transactions.
9. Other issues assigned by HQ financial team and management


Qualifications



1. Personnel competency: Diligent and meticulous, active in work, able to handle pressure;
2. Education Background：Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management;
3. Minimum 1 years’ experience on Finance-related field, preferably have heavy equipment sales company working experience
4. Having the related accounting qualifications


5. Familiar with the operation of the bank's online banking system


6. Familiar with SAP and Ms-Office.


7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or English

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
