We are currently seeking a Marine Civil Project Manager with EPC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing marine construction projects, including quay wall construction, breakwater installation, beach profiling, and dredging operations. This role requires expertise in EPC project delivery, a strong understanding of marine construction methodologies, and leadership capabilities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project completion.

As the Marine Civil Project Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and overseeing project execution plans encompassing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards. You will lead the project lifecycle from engineering design through procurement to construction phases while managing specialized marine civil works such as pre-casted quay walls, breakwaters, and dredging operations. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, contractors, and vendors to align project goals and address technical challenges.

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field with PMP or similar certification being a plus. Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing diverse stakeholders is essential for this role. Strong expertise in marine construction methods including structural design for quay walls and breakwaters along with a background in dredging operations are highly valued qualities. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project is also required.
