As an Account Manager at Mashreq, you will be responsible for managing a set of existing Small Enterprise (SE) relationships while also originating new SE relationships within business communities. Your primary goal will be to achieve financial and non-financial objectives by meeting all borrowing and non-borrowing needs of customers in target segments. This includes actively sourcing new customers, focusing on relationship management, and cross-selling various banking products. You will also be accountable for maintaining the quality and soundness of your assigned SE portfolio through regular reviews and monitoring for compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving the share of wallet for each relationship in your portfolio and enhancing relationship revenue through cross-selling banking products. You will take complete ownership of customer relationship management, ensuring superior customer service at all times. Additionally, you will need to conduct credit facility reviews promptly, recommend appropriate credit facilities based on the bank's policy, monitor account conduct closely, and maintain control aspects such as documentation and credit checks effectively. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and adherence to compliance policies are essential aspects of this position.
