We are currently seeking a dedicated Controller, Finance (FR-Consolidation) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling the Finance & Control Division's activities by overseeing all accounting processes in alignment with Company Financial Policies and Procedures. Your primary focus will be on providing accurate reports to facilitate informed decision-making while managing financing and accounting activities such as budget summaries, investment management, financial accounting, receivables and payables tracking, payroll administration, cash management, account reconciliation, among others. Your contributions will directly impact the achievement of Finance & Control Division’s objectives and support ADNOC Drilling in meeting its key performance indicators.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with Government and external auditors during audits of company books and records.
- Review audit findings and recommendations to ensure proper implementation.
- Monitor cash flow forecasts preparation for Management review.
- Authorize bank releasement letters and oversee safekeeping of original documents.
- Supervise monthly reconciliation preparation and approve fund reallocation post appropriate approvals.
- Liaise with concerned Assets/Functions to address financial issues with external parties.
- Approve debit notes issuance with complete supporting documentation.
- Monitor payments generation process ensuring cash availability in consultation with Cash Management Team.
- Review daily bank account activities and prepare contingent liabilities for financial statements.
- Follow up on legal claims and court-related matters in coordination with Legal department.
