As the HR/Admin at Access Medical LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, memos, financial statements, and other documents using office software. You will maintain data management systems for electronic and paper files, demonstrating your attention to detail and organizational skills. Additionally, you will assist in resolving employees' HR-related issues and handle separation, termination, and retirement processes efficiently.

In this role, you will also be involved in recruitment processes by carrying out pre/post-recruitment activities and assisting with performance reviews. You will conduct orientations for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process while updating records accurately. Moreover, you will stay updated on labor legislation to ensure compliance with UAE labor law and Oman labor law. Your role will also involve renewing residency permits and managing medical insurance matters for employees.
