As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of human resources processes within our organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with privacy regulations, managing personnel files and other HR documentation, and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires. You will also be responsible for supporting benefits administration processes, tracking employee leave requests, and managing job postings on various platforms.
In addition to these tasks, you will collaborate with benefits providers, coordinate training sessions and development programs, and assist in drafting HR policies and procedures. You will also handle routine employee inquiries, escalate complex issues to HR management when necessary, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Utilizing our HRIS system, you will input and retrieve employee data, generate reports, and assist in HR analytics. Furthermore, you will play a key role in implementing employee recognition programs and coordinating employee events.
