MEP Supervisor

ACE Owners Association is an esteemed association management company based in Dubai, committed to managing Owners' Associations in accordance with the Jointly Owned Property Law (JOP). Our services encompass general building, technical, financial management, and customer services. We are currently seeking a diligent MEP Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

As the MEP Supervisor at ACE Owners Association, your primary responsibilities will include site supervision, conducting thorough site inspections, managing facility maintenance operations, overseeing plumbing systems, and ensuring effective building maintenance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work primarily in Dubai with some flexibility for remote work as needed. The salary range for this position is between 2,500AED to 4,000AED.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess expertise in site supervision, site inspections, and facility management (FM) skills. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and building maintenance is essential. Additionally, excellent problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, communication proficiency, and organizational capabilities are highly valued. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a relevant field are encouraged to apply.
