As an HR Generalist at ARCCO, you will be instrumental in implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process from job postings to conducting interviews with potential candidates. Additionally, you will oversee the organization's employee database and prepare reports for management review.
Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist include maintaining physical and digital employee files containing important documents such as benefits information and attendance records. You will also be responsible for managing the performance appraisal system to drive high levels of employee performance. In cases where employees violate company rules or regulations, you will need to take appropriate disciplinary action while also addressing any grievances they may have. Furthermore, generating official internal documents like appointment letters and warning letters will be part of your daily tasks.
