As an HR Generalist at Abu Dhabi Aviation, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions with a focus on maintaining positive employee relations and engagement across the organization. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to supporting employee well-being, managing recognition programs, conducting probation reviews, offboarding interviews, and overseeing data tracking. You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support while also assisting with budget monitoring and payroll processes.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be responsible for educating employees about their benefits through meetings or written communications, administering benefits enrolment and termination processes, handling benefits-related inquiries promptly, creating and distributing internal communications regarding status changes or company policies. Furthermore, you will coordinate employee satisfaction surveys to gather actionable insights for improving the overall employee experience. As an HR Generalist at Abu Dhabi Aviation, you will maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
