Position: Finance Specialist

Seattle Aviation Solutions is seeking a Finance Specialist who is results-driven, detail-oriented, and proficient with numbers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in finance roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for various financial tasks including cash flow management, accounts receivable/payable oversight, collections management, payment processing, budgeting support, reporting preparation, audit assistance, data management, and compliance adherence. Utilizing ERP systems such as Accounting Seed, Salesforce, and Zoho will be essential in carrying out these responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A can-do attitude with a results-oriented and analytical approach
- Agility and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced operational environment
