Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in financial analysis, research, and monitoring to support the Senior Manager - Financial Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial results, tracking P&L variances, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports evaluating financial risks, ROI, and conducting business feasibility studies for new projects. Your role will involve developing financial models, benchmarking analyses, and ensuring that financial strategies align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Professional qualifications such as an MBA or certifications like ACA, CPA, CFA are preferred. Proficiency in using ERP systems and Excel for analysis is required. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance principles, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential for this role. You should have good planning skills, be able to prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines consistently.
