Our company, a leading player in the maritime industry based in Dubai, is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Module Carrying Vessels (MCV) division. As the Finance Business Partner for MCV, you will be instrumental in driving financial performance, conducting insightful analytics, and facilitating strategic decision-making for key stakeholders such as the Divisional Director, CFO, CEO & Ex-Com.
In this role, your responsibilities will encompass various key areas. Firstly, you will be involved in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including vessel-by-vessel P&L analysis, variance analysis, revenue trend analysis, receivable control, balance sheet reviews, and cashflow analysis. Additionally, you will provide commercial support by designing financial models for pricing decisions, conducting competition benchmarking, reviewing contracts to identify revenue maximization opportunities, and improving billing efficiency. You will also focus on enhancing systems and processes by strengthening operational and financial processes and implementing robust financial controls.
Furthermore, as the Finance Business Partner for MCV, you will be engaged in project management tasks such as leading commercial projects related to bunkering and port charges and providing support for valuation exercises and strategic decisions. Reporting duties will involve creating data books for key stakeholders on performance metrics and supporting budgeting processes. Lastly, stakeholder management is a crucial aspect of this role as you will provide finance support for review calls and actively participate in operational meetings.
