As the Finance Manager at Ghobash Group, you will play a crucial role as a key partner to the General Manager, overseeing all finance-related matters within the organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive business plans, budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports to provide decision support for various initiatives and transactions. You will lead the accounting and credit control team while ensuring efficient cash/debt management and working capital optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing finance-related systems, automations, VAT filings, process implementation, and compliance monitoring.

In this role, you will lead the preparation of business plans and budgets while conducting commercial and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will provide valuable insights for new initiatives and investments through detailed financial analysis. Managing month-end closing procedures, VAT filings, bank relationships, credit control activities, working capital monitoring/reporting, process enhancements/control monitoring are also key aspects of this position. Furthermore, you will oversee team management and development efforts to ensure operational efficiency while controlling costs against budget targets.
