Construction Manager

As an Electrical Project Construction Manager at Ghobash Trading & Investment Company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical construction projects, with a focus on 132 KV electrical system cabling and Gas Insulated Switchgear Sub-stations modification. This full-time site-based role, located on an Island near Abu Dhabi, involves coordinating with various stakeholders such as civil sub-contractors and cable pulling sub-contractors. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of electrical professionals to ensure the effective execution and timely completion of projects.

Your key responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and supervising all electrical construction activities from initiation to completion. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Regular site inspections and assessments will be conducted to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will lead and mentor project team members to create a collaborative work environment conducive to success.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management along with at least 15 years of experience in electrical construction management or a similar role.
