As a Senior Associate - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial planning processes for Tax to ensure the realization of objectives set by the Leadership team. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, preparing monthly dashboards, ExCom reporting, generating Power-Bi reports daily, analyzing KPIs for actual vs budget performance, conducting cost analysis for borrowing and lending, monitoring member-firm debtors, and providing ad hoc reporting as needed.
You will also be responsible for supporting different tax departments with their monthly reviews and adjustments by addressing areas such as aging WIP, debtors management, negative WIP resolution, revenue recognition issues, forecasted NFR adjustments, funding adjustments, revenue adjustments, and staff utilization optimization. Additionally, you will be expected to identify efficiencies and improvements within the Tax Service line while contributing to improving the P&L by reducing debtors and WIP charges.
The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Financial or Accounting field (Master's degree preferred) with a strong background in financial analysis. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
