As the General Manager at LTP, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Virtual Assets Service Provider (VASP) in alignment with the business objectives set by our Board of Directors. You will be responsible for managing financial performance, budgeting, and profitability optimization while ensuring compliance with all government regulations. Additionally, you will lead a team of managers to coordinate facility operations and foster a culture of employee engagement and high performance.

To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years' operational management experience within the financial services sector, preferably with knowledge of Fintech or blockchain industries. A thorough understanding of financial practices and Virtual Assets and Related Activities (VARA) Regulation is essential. You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in English (proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage), problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
