As the Head of IT Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance. You will play a key role in developing and executing the IT operations strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business needs. Additionally, you will co-vision and craft consistent value-oriented data-driven storylines with business stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
