As an HR Coordinator at MDAR Food Company, you will be responsible for various essential tasks to support our employees and ensure smooth operations within the organization. Your duties will include handling employee annual, biannual, and exit flight bookings and reimbursements, as well as managing business travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and transportation when necessary. You will also maintain both digital and hard copies of employee records and transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Additionally, you will assist with attendance tracking, payroll reports generation, leave settlements processing, deductions management, and communication with line managers. You will play a crucial role in administering the medical insurance plan by handling enrollments, changes, terminations accurately while ensuring proper record-keeping practices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for fulfilling employee requests for salary certificates, employment certificates, NOCs (No Objection Certificates), Salary Transfer Letters among other documentation needs. Your role will also involve completing employee documents for payroll bank account opening and coordinating with bank representatives as required.
