Project Manager (SmartPlant Projects)

As a Project Manager at Rejlers, you will be responsible for leading and managing SmartPlant projects assigned by both the end customer and the company. You will oversee project team members involved in SmartPlant projects and design, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with other team members, company stakeholders, and end customers to deliver successful outcomes.

Your duties will also include identifying and monitoring project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), optimizing resource capacity utilization, ensuring safe and high-quality implementation of SmartPlant projects, and maintaining efficient utilization of SmartPlant software. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout SP3D projects, reporting project activities, deviations, achievements, progress, and forecasts to management. Additionally, you will propose and implement improvements to enhance overall project performance while ensuring that project deliverables meet agreed quality standards within scope and schedule.
