As the Manager for Financial and Commercial Optimization at TAQA Group, you will play a crucial role in portfolio management, investment support, and strategic decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting due diligence on brownfield and greenfield projects within the energy sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate projects, prepare financial documents, negotiate financing agreements with lenders and investors, and provide expertise on business development strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all reports are completed promptly and adhere to HQ and business policies. You will develop financial strategies for new investments, conduct financial due diligence on potential projects, review project documents, structure financing agreements, analyze financial models for investments or project financing activities, and communicate progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise on business development evaluations and refinancing cases.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent qualification along with at least 8 years of relevant working experience within utilities or related industries.
