Eton Bridge Partners have been retained by a high growth, PE backed, professional services organisation, based in Surrey area, who are seeking to appoint a European Head of Finance.
Reporting into the Global CFO, you will partner the finance team and business leadership through a broad range of finance activities to drive the organisation's next phase of growth and their objectives.
Compensation: c.£120k -£140k base plus package
Location: Surrey area (Hybrid), with travel to Europe
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly financial reporting process across the EU and UK including detailed variance analysis group results
Leading the forecasting and annual budget process, developing new planning approaches
Identifying areas of opportunities, providing recommendations to enable the business to scale effectively
Supporting monthly operating reviews and prepare for board presentations
Oversee all governance and compliance related matters including statutory reporting
Providing detailed analysis and actionable insights to business leads to drive performance
Streamline and automate global processes and activities to ensure the support of the future of the business and continuous acquisition integration
Assist with managing the group's external tax compliance and audit processes.
Closely support the Global CFO and proactively manage and mentor the finance team
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Must have experience working with multiple international entities
Strong Accounting knowledge, working across various GAAP standards
Is working within an SME environment
Detailed oriented, providing strategic insights and analysis
Strong leadership to drive and develop the team

This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
