Finance Controller

Urgent for well-known company in KSA/ Riyadh need the following position:

Finance Controller.
Nationality: Jordanian
Purpose:

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the feed and poultry manufacturing company, also responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Provide insights and variance analysis to explain financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.

• Monitor actual financial results against budget and forecast, investigating, and explaining variances as necessary.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• - Strong analytical skills
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
