Group Financial Controller

Our client is a privately owned international pharmaceutical company with a strong mission led purpose and a focused ambitious management team. The Group Financial Controller will manage all aspects of the financial accounting function in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. Responsibilities include overseeing AP, AR, cash-treasury, expense management, VAT, tax; ensuring strong controls environment; managing general accounting for the company; leading annual budget process & regular forecast updates; providing staff management; coordinating monthly Accounts payable processing; administering share option schemes; working closely with external outsourced partner for IT systems. The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant with 7-10 years of experience comfortable working in a growing environment.

Key Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management roles
• Experience in overseeing financial operations and reporting
• 7-10 years of experience as a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
• Comfortable working in a growing, busy and deadline-driven environment

• - Experience managing treasury and cash management including bank reconciliations
• - Ability to work closely with external parties for audit, legal, insurance, tax matters
