Group Financial Controller £115,00 - £130,000 + Car Allowance, Bonus and Strong Benefits We are looking for a best-in-class Group Financial Controller who can take control of a rapidly expanding, global and PE backed group. This position reports directly into the Group CFO and is offering high levels of scope, autonomy and exposure. The successful candidate will manage the Group Finance Function, oversee management accounting and FP&A, support the Group CFO, CEO, CTO, build a global finance function, lead a talented team, manage group reporting, statutory accounting, tax reporting, process improvements, financial controls, risk governance etc.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management roles
- Experience in leading a finance team and overseeing financial operations
- Must have experience working in a group function for a global business
- Strong technical accounting background with commercial mindset
Skills:
- - Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong financial reporting and management accounting skills
