As the Communications Manager, you will lead our communications team and contribute significantly to our campaign strategies, brand development, fundraising efforts, and engagement goals. You will be responsible for developing key narratives for the organization and campaigns, overseeing media and communication practitioners, leading audience strategies, and managing crisis communications effectively. We are looking for a candidate who deeply understands the communication needs of a campaigning organization and can navigate the complex media landscape with ease.

The ideal candidate will have experience in communications, journalism, or public relations with a strong background in regional, state, national, and international media. You should possess knowledge of framing, narrative development, persuasive communication theory, as well as project management skills. Additionally, you should have experience leading and managing a team of communications specialists while fostering a culture of excellence that prioritizes staff well-being.
