Project Manager

As a Project Manager at PuroClean Canada, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and company associates. You will accurately develop scopes of work, project methods, and proposals using Xactimate estimating software and other project management tools. Analyzing bid proposals from trades, project schedules, and estimates will be crucial in negotiating with trades to meet job costing targets. Additionally, you will attend site meetings throughout projects to ensure quality service delivery.

In this role, you will manage key performance metrics in Xactanalysis while providing project control throughout assigned projects. This includes ensuring on-site safety, supervision, thorough record-keeping, and timely issuance of change orders when necessary. As part of the Project Management ON CALL rotation, you will play a vital role in overseeing project documentation by capturing photos at every substantial stage. Moreover, reviewing and approving sub-trade and vendor invoicing for payment and managing file closing processes are essential responsibilities for this position.
