As the Laboratory Manager, your primary responsibilities will include supervising and leading laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations, strict adherence to procedures and protocols, and oversight of inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance while ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess a PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field, a minimum of 4 years of experience in laboratory management (preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of laboratory safety standards and regulations.
