PT Modular Energy Indonesia, a subsidiary of Renoz Energy Pty Ltd Australia, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Sales & Customer Acquisition professional. Our company specializes in Batteries, Energy Storage Systems, UPS, and Hybrid Power Conversion Systems, providing top-notch solutions for Indonesia's industrial and energy sectors. Located in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan, Banten (Hybrid), this full-time position will involve covering various regions across Indonesia. As a Senior Sales & Customer Acquisition specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients in Solar PV, EPC, Telecom, and Data Center sectors. Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful sales presentations to key decision-makers, building strong relationships with prospective clients, negotiating and closing sales deals to ensure high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with operations for quotations, proposals, and sales documentation while keeping accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

We are looking for candidates with at least 10 years of successful sales experience in Renewable Energy, Electrical Power, or IT/Telecom industries. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field is required. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation skills along with excellent communication abilities. Being highly motivated, results-oriented and self-driven are essential qualities we seek. Fluency in English (written & spoken) is also necessary for this role.
