As a Mechanical Engineer at Stantec, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation and extension of an existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Dubai. The project aims to enhance the plant's efficiency and capacity to treat up to 435,000 m3/day. Your responsibilities will include managing and supervising construction works, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a relevant degree from a recognized university, along with at least 15 years of extensive experience working on local sewage treatment plant facilities. You must possess a proven ability to oversee the rehabilitation of civil works, extend the plant's capacity, and optimize existing systems within STPs under Dubai Municipality. Additionally, you should have comprehensive knowledge of equipment and control systems specific to sewage treatment plants.
