Job Summary
You will be part of the of the team that builds business development, strategic and marketing plans to maximize sales, researching and pursuing new business leads for business opportunities. Attend and organize business events, interacting with potential clients and business partners, having a great deal to learn from the team. You will work closely with existing/new partners in building and executing GTM plans.

This job reports to Senior Business Development Executive.
Job Objectives
Contribute in Building extensive pipelines for the sales team, to help them on pre-sales and lead generation.
To be able to establish concrete leads easing the entry door for the sales team. Be energetic team player, well- spoken, and eager to learn, contribute and enhance sales and revenue opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
Be Able to contribute in market research, identifying and breakthrough potential customers
Assist in Identifying /building new leads and connection with organizations and individuals on online platforms
Sense the IT needs of organization and establish strong contacts with key stakeholders & decision makers
Assist the team in working on monthly sales targets and KPI’s that related to generating leads and new connections
Coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales approaches
Create and maintain potential client database on CRM, Excel, Microsoft Teams etc.
Outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process.
Meet targets for all calls, appointments, and interviews, and strive to exceed annual sales goals.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by working on improving constantly the knowledge of products, policies and procedures, as well as sales techniques and skills.
Client - Partner Eco-System & Customer Communication
Attend client/partner conferences, meetings, and industry events, connect with key individuals
Assist in and presenting information to potential clients, industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences
Help in Maintain good enhance in business relationships with existing/new partners
Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations
Swift follow-up on sales enquiries, contact partners on new product/partnership requirements
Collaboration with Sales Teams
Assist in contributing to the sales teams to develop new business opportunities
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and Manage small scale accounts
Replies to calls, emails, and instant messages in a timely manner
Readiness to respond positively to instructions and procedures
Holds self-accountable for assigned responsibilities, sees tasks through to completion
Keep the management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily calls, scheduled meetings, generated leads, prospection and market research and analysis
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, computer science, or equivalent is required
Previous Work Experience
Graduates accepted, any exposure to the sales/BD field a plus
Basic knowledge about business development, IT Software Technologies & lead generating
