Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team in the role of IT - Business Development Manager/Client Acquisition Manager/IT Staffing Manager (three positions available). The ideal candidates will have over 15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 years of specific experience as an IT Staffing/Business Development Manager. The primary function of this role is to secure IT staffing/consulting/manpower supply contracts on a consulting/staff augmentation basis.

To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional client project bagging/client acquisition skills and have established relationships with direct clients or vendors for IT staffing/client augmentation/manpower supply models. Additionally, successful candidates will have extensive experience in UAE/Saudi/Qatar/Kuwait/Bahrain/Oman markets within the IT staffing business development realm. You should also demonstrate a deep understanding of various IT technologies, software products, and tools. Proficiency in latest technologies such as ERP SAP/Oracle ERP/Oracle Apps/Oracle Fusion/Microsoft Technologies/Microsoft Azure Cloud/Salesforce and other integration technologies is highly desirable.
