We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery and enhancement of AlGooru's programs through on-site school visits and quality assurance activities. You will play a crucial role in nurturing strong relationships with parents by addressing their queries and concerns effectively through various communication channels. Additionally, you will contribute to revenue growth by overseeing client renewal processes and identifying new leads for potential collaborations.
As a Business Development Lead at AlGooru, your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting regular QA checks at partner schools to uphold program quality standards, promptly responding to parent inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls while offering accurate information and guidance. You will also engage with parents at schools to address their concerns about our programs and ensure timely payment collections from renewing clients. Furthermore, you will assist in sourcing and developing leads for new partnerships.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 3 years of experience in business development or partnership roles with exceptional presentation skills and strong business acumen. Strong communication abilities across various platforms such as WhatsApp, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions are essential. A detail-oriented individual with organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment would excel in this position. Experience in EdTech would be advantageous but not mandatory.
