As the Sales and Business Development Lead at Qima Coffee, you will be responsible for developing tailored sales plans targeting roasters, cafes, and other relevant businesses in KSA. Working closely with senior management, you will drive annual sales and marketing strategies for both B2B and retail channels. Your role will involve identifying high-ticket sales opportunities from initial contact through deal closure by leveraging your expertise in the specialty coffee industry.
Key responsibilities include leading business development activities to expand Qima Coffee's brand presence in assigned markets, building strong client relationships based on sustainability and long-term partnerships. You will manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools, conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer service through timely responses to inquiries and order management.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales and business development within the food or beverage industries. Knowledge of the specialty coffee market is advantageous, along with experience working with clients in KSA markets. Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, proficiency in CRM software usage are essential requirements for this role. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory; additional languages are beneficial.
