As a Senior Development Manager at Atkins Realis, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion of RIBA 4 stage. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project/development management expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of Sports & Agriculture developments. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive project plans, leading and coordinating a team of professionals involved in the project, establishing and controlling project budgets, identifying potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards, and monitoring quality standards throughout the project.
