As the Senior Development Manager at NHC, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of design projects across multiple residential and commercial developments. You will lead cross-functional teams, including design, architecture, and construction professionals, to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion. Your role will involve developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects that meet the highest quality standards while aligning with the company's overall goals.
Key responsibilities include managing relationships with external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and government authorities; providing leadership and direction to the design team; tracking project progress; conducting regular project reviews; ensuring regulatory compliance; assessing risks associated with development processes; and optimizing design processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or a related field; experience in real estate development in a senior managerial role; strong project management skills; experience in managing large-scale projects; excellent communication skills; proficiency in project management and design software; and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
