We are seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of developing a mixed-use portfolio within The LINE project. This role involves working closely with various teams to bring projects from concept design to delivery while ensuring alignment with the overall project vision and business case.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of development strategies, feasibility modeling, and property economics for large-scale urban projects. They must demonstrate strong leadership skills in problem-solving and decision-making within a dynamic environment. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders are crucial aspects of this role. The Senior Development Manager will oversee the creation of strategies to optimize commercial returns for assets within their assigned neighborhood. Additionally, they will be responsible for upholding ethical standards in all interactions and communications.
Reporting to the Development Director, the Senior Development Manager will collaborate with various teams to implement project visions and business cases effectively. This includes managing day-to-day development activities, leading value engineering workshops, defining delivery strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing legal frameworks and contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with corporate objectives. Strong communication skills in English are essential for preparing reports and delivering presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
