As a Senior Business Development Manager at Brand Lounge, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, driving business development initiatives, and expanding our presence in the Saudi market. Your responsibilities will include nurturing long-term client relationships with government entities and large corporations, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing client onboarding processes, developing competitive proposals, and staying ahead of market trends to maintain Brand Lounge’s edge.
The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in business development or client management within branding, marketing or consultancy. Proven success with government entities or large corporations in Saudi/GCC markets is essential. Fluency in Arabic and English along with strong communication and negotiation skills are required. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure is also crucial.
