We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager who embodies strategic thinking and a consultative approach towards digital transformation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with prospective clients to understand their needs and advocate for Horizontal as their preferred digital partner. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, defining strategies for clients, nurturing customer relationships, staying informed about industry trends, attending events to generate leads, preparing sales materials, collaborating with internal teams across departments globally, and achieving revenue targets.

The successful candidate will be an expert in digital experiences with a proven track record of supporting clients through complex challenges. They must demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple demands and rapid changes while maintaining confidence and persistence. Moreover, they should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently or within a team, strong time management abilities, familiarity with relevant technologies such as CRM software and sales automation tools, and a positive attitude towards learning and collaboration within a flat hierarchical structure.
