We are dedicated to ambitious growth plans for our Abu Dhabi office and are looking for a strategic individual to drive business development initiatives, high-profile campaigns, events, and communications across all practice areas.
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with Abu Dhabi partners and the UK BD team to develop strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with firm goals. Your key responsibilities will include leading efforts to drive revenue in key sectors such as corporate and energy, managing the business development budget effectively, drafting pitch documents for new opportunities, organizing high-profile events to strengthen client relationships, supporting internal communications efforts, and leading directory and award submissions. You will work alongside a Dubai-based Senior BD Manager and be supported by a coordinator based in London.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess proven experience in business development at a management level within a global law firm or similar environment. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills across international teams, influencing abilities at all levels, proactive approach to project management under pressure, familiarity with CRM systems for generating business intelligence, and experience working in lean teams are essential qualities we seek. The salary for this position ranges from AED 40,000 to 55,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances with additional benefits such as a work-from-home schedule available.
